Miyu Katoβs enchantment to have rating factors and prize cash reinstated after being defaulted from her third-round ladiesβs doubles match has been denied.
The 28-year-old Japanese, who inadvertently hit a ball lady with a tennis ball and was disqualified from her doubles match, together with companion Aldila Sutjiadi, has misplaced her enchantment.

With karma working in her favor, Kato paired with Tim Puetz to win the combined doubles title in Paris.
