Continuing his comeback from knee surgical procedure, Nick Kyrgios withdrew from the US Open and can miss all 4 Grand Slams in a season for the primary time in his profession.
The 28-year-old Kyrgios calls this injury-marred 2023 season "brutal" however has made a vow for his future.

Kyrgios says when he's totally wholesome and turns the web page on 2023, he'll regain the extent that noticed him attain the 2022 Wimbledon closing and US Open quarterfinals.
"To my millions of fans out there, I guess we just have to be patient," Kyrgios posted on Instagram. "Trust me, I nonetheless have some hearth left within the tank, my physique simply wants time to get better and get again.
"I'm still as motivated as ever, in the gym, treatment, recovery. Everything off court is doing great [I am] eyeing to come back and have a season like my last again."
The explosive Kyrgios underwent an arthroscopic surgical procedure to wash up his lateral meniscus and take away a paralabral cyst from his knee within the closing week of January.
That surgical procedure prevented Kyrgios from defending his Australian Open doubles championship with associate Thanasi Kokkinakis and taking a run on the AO singles title.
Recovery from surgical procedure has restricted the Aussie to 1 match this season. Kyrgios stated it's been "heartbreaking" and "brutal" making an attempt to return again from his knee points and seeing main alternative go.
"In a way it was good to be home. Obviously heartbreaking as well," Kyrgios stated. "You're competing for Grand Slams. Last 12 months I felt like every thing type of got here collectively for me. Finals of Wimbledon. Barely misplaced a match. Had the third greatest season on tour.
"Obviously my physique was simply crying out for some form of relaxation. I wanted to do what I needed to do. Yeah, it's been brutal. Yeah, it's been arduous...
"I think pulling out of Australian Open was one of the hardest things I had to do because I generally feel like, with the tennis I was playing and with my Grand Slam experience, just the way I was feeling, I felt like I could win that tournament. Obviously from then I had to get surgery."
The 2023 season hasn't been a complete write off for Kyrgios, who underwent a serious ink job getting his complete again tatooed this summer time.
