The Spanish soccer federation has known as for its president Luis Rubiales to resign following his controversial kiss on the Women's World Cup remaining.
Mr Rubiales has confronted widespread criticism after he kissed participant Jenni Hermoso on the lips following Spain's victory within the remaining.
In a press release on Monday night, the Spanish soccer federation RFEF stated that after "the unacceptable behaviours that have seriously damaged the image of Spanish football", Mr Rubiales is requested to "immediately present his resignation as president".
