WASHINGTON — The Biden administration proposed new rules Tuesday to make state and native authorities web sites and apps for companies like libraries, parking, transit and courtroom information extra accessible for folks with disabilities.

The new Justice Department rule would set up sure accessibility requirements for web sites and app-based companies maintained by state and native governments, the White House introduced.
