NEW YORK — San Diego Padres reliever Robert Suárez was suspended for 10 video games by Major League Baseball on Friday, the sixth pitcher penalized for utilizing banned sticky stuff.

The penalty was introduced by MLB senior vp for on-field operations Michael Hill.

Suárez appealed the self-discipline to John McHale Jr., a particular assistant to baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred. Any suspension shall be delayed whereas the attraction is pending.
