Rep. Jamie Raskin edited and returned a thank-you letter despatched by Rep. George Santos Friday after he voted to not expel the New York Republican.

Mr. Santos despatched a thank-you observe to each lawmaker who voted in opposition to expelling him. He survived the vote Wednesday after most Republicans and 31 Democrats thought it finest to carry off on punishment till his legal trial and House Ethics Committee investigation come to a detailed.
