Russia is accusing Ukraine of launching a drone strike on the Kremlin in an try and kill President Vladimir Putin.

The drones have been taken out of motion by navy and safety providers and Mr. Putin was not injured, the Kremlin stated Wednesday.

Ukraine has not commented on the alleged assault, which couldn't be independently verified.

“We regard these actions as a planned terrorist attack and an attempt on the President,” the Kremlin stated in a press release.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in Helsinki for talks with the leaders of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark in the course of the alleged drone assault on the Kremlin.
