New York City police charged a social media influencer with inciting a riot Saturday after the web streamer’s online game console giveaway devolved into chaos on Manhattan’s streets.

Kai Cenat, 21, is also dealing with costs of illegal meeting after 1000's of individuals, largely youngsters, descended Friday on Union Square and climbed atop autos, threw bottles at law enforcement officials and obtained into a number of fights.
