TAMPERE, Finland — Sweden routed newcomer Hungary 7-1 Thursday for its fourth victory on the ice hockey world championship.

Jacob de la Rose scored twice for Sweden on the Nokia Arena. The Swedes are second in Group A with 11 factors, one level behind the United States.

John Peterka and Nico Sturm scored a purpose and had an help every to assist Germany beat Denmark 6-4 in Group A for the staff’s first victory on the match.

In the Latvian capital of Riga, Switzerland beat Slovakia 4-2 to make it 4 wins from 4 and transfer to the highest of Group B with 12 factors, some extent forward of Canada in second.
