Hollywood celebrity Tom Cruise has advised Sky News the discharge of the seventh instalment of the Mission: Impossible movie sequence was "a beautiful moment" after difficulties with COVID restrictions. 

Speaking on the movie's London premiere, Cruise stated: "I do not take something as a right when making these movies, particularly with that point interval, I'm simply very happy with what all of us did collectively.

The Sun newspaper printed an audio recording in 2020 of Cruise screaming obscenities at crew members engaged on the movie after obvious breaches of on-set social distancing.

But the legendary actor stated the movie's launch was "a beautiful moment to be able to share with the crew".

He stated: "You know, whenever you have a look at the movie and see what we achieved collectively, it meant much more.

"I'm proud of everyone with what they did to get through that."

The newest movie within the 26-year franchise, and reportedly its costliest costing $290m (£228m), sees Cruise full his most harmful stunt to this point.

The first day of capturing started with Cruise driving a bike off a Norwegian mountain earlier than leaping with a parachute to the bottom.
