Vladimir Putin won't be attending the BRICS commerce summit in South Africa thereby avoiding the danger of arrest.

The South African authorities broke the information with the next assertion: "By mutual settlement, President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation will not attend the Summit, but the Russian Federation will be represented by Foreign Minister, Mr Sergey Lavrov."
