Carlos Alcaraz out-dueled Novak Djokovic to win Wimbledon and notice a dream.

Next season, Alcaraz goals to be a dream denier.

World No. 1 Djokovic swept three of the 4 Grand Slam titles this 12 months and is taking part in for extra in 2024: the Golden Grand Slam.

"You can win four slams and Olympic gold," Djokovic informed the media in Turin after stomping Jannik Sinner to win his seventh title of the season on the ATP Finals.

Alcaraz dreams of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Nadal on the doubles court and someday standing side-by-side as an iconic champion.

"I dream of being the most effective in historical past," Alcaraz said. "It's an enormous dream, however on this life you must be one thing huge.

"I'm the same guy I've always been, no matter how famous I am, I'm not going to change the person I am. We tried to put aside all the expectations and comparisons with Federer, Rafa and Djokovic, to focus on my path."
