MADISON, Wis. — The conservative chief justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday instructed the brand new liberal majority in a scathing electronic mail that they'd staged a “coup” and carried out an “illegal experiment” once they voted to weaken her powers and fireplace the director of state courts.
