Drake to take break from music resulting from ‘craziest issues’ with abdomen – as he releases new album that includes son Adonis

Drake has revealed he’ll take a break from music after struggling “the craziest problems for years” together with his abdomen.

The Canadian rap star mentioned he’ll cease making music for “maybe a year or so” as he wanted to give attention to his well being.

His announcement got here because the 36-year-old musician launched a brand new album – which features a music that includes his five-year-old son Adonis rapping.

During an episode of SiriusXM collection Table for One, Drake mentioned: “I probably won’t make music for a little bit.

“I’m going to be actual with you. I must give attention to my well being, at the beginning, and I’ll speak about that quickly sufficient.

“Nothing crazy… I want people to be healthy in life, and I’ve been having the craziest problems for years with my stomach. I’m just saying what it is.

“So, I must give attention to my well being, and I must get proper, and I’m going to that. I’ve loads of different issues that I might like to give attention to.

“So, I’m going to lock the door in the studio for a little bit. I don’t even know what a little bit is. Maybe a year or so, maybe a little longer.”

Drake launched his ninth studio album For All The Dogs on Friday.

The 23-track album options fellow rappers equivalent to 21 Savage, J. Cole and Lil Yachty – in addition to Drake’s younger son Adonis who raps on monitor Daylight.

Drake additionally used his son’s drawing as the quilt of For All The Dogs and Adonis options prominently within the video for the one 8am In Charlotte, which was launched alongside the album.
