Lady, 11, shot lifeless and her British dad and mom injured in France – experiences

An 11-year-old woman has been killed and her British dad and mom have been injured in a taking pictures in France, based on the nation’s media.

The little one was shot lifeless as she performed in her household’s backyard within the village of Saint-Herbot in Brittany, it’s reported.

The woman’s father was severely injured and her mom was much less badly harm within the assault, whereas her eight-year-old sister managed to flee with out harm and raised the alarm. She is claimed to be in a state of shock.

The incident occurred round 10pm (native time) on Saturday when a gunman opened hearth repeatedly.

A prosecutor has been quoted by French media as saying the person “suddenly appeared armed with a firearm and shot several times in the direction of the victims who were in their garden, before taking refuge in his home, in the company of his wife”.

He then surrendered to police.

A suspect, reportedly a Dutchman who lived within the village, is believed to be in custody.

Locals mentioned there had been a dispute between neighbours.

A spokesperson for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office mentioned: “We are providing consular assistance to a British family following a shooting in France and are in contact with the local authorities.”
